The previous conda-pack deployment of payu would add a release artefact with a conda-lock file with all the dependencies in the environment (https://github.com/ACCESS-NRI/payu-condaenv/releases/tag/1.1.5). May be good to have something similar here if we ever need to exactly reproduce an conda environment
