My download is stuck on this and has not progressed at all.

I've been trying to finish the download for Stable Diffusion for the last two days, but it always stops all progress when it comes to this step and I'm at a point where I don't really know what to do.
I've done everything correctly prior with python, git, and notepad editing according to a video guide.

I'd love some insight or maybe even a solution to the problem if anyone would be so kind as to help me please.
