Stabble Diffusion OSError - process cannot access

Hi guys! please help

The process cannot access the file because the file is occupied by another process
Try to Stabble Diffusion and have факинг trouble .

Reinstal pyton - 5
Reinstal difusion - 15

Maybe anybody has an idea what is wrong about it?

Some guys on Youtube said that OSError could be solved with:

include-system-site-packages true
but in my setup file pyenv.cfg does not exist

Please help!

Yeah — this one is not a Python bug anymore, it’s a classic Windows issue. The key part is:
[WinError 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
and also:
WARNING: Connection timed out while downloading

So you actually have TWO problems at the same time.

1. Kill anything using Python
   Open Task Manager → End:
   all python.exe
   all pip.exe

2. Clear temp + pip cache
   Delete these folders manually:
   C:\Users\Trans\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-*
   AND:
   C:\Users\Trans\AppData\Local\pip\cache

3. Disable antivirus TEMPORARILY
   This is the Runtime error  #1 cause of WinError 32
   Turn off:
   Windows Defender real-time protection
   or
   any 3rd party antivirus
   (you can turn it back on after install)

4. Fix unstable download (important)
   Run this BEFORE installing:
   pip install --default-timeout=100 --retries=10 torchvision
   Or for your venv:
   E:\StableDiff\venv\Scripts\python.exe -m pip install --default-timeout=100 --retries=10 torchvision

5. Run installer again
   webui-user.bat

If it STILL fails (best workaround)
Manually install the problematic file:
Step 1: Download torchvision manually
cu128/torchvision-0.22.0+cu128-cp310-cp310-win_amd64.whl
Step 2: Install it manually
pip install path\to\torchvision.whl
