Generated images disappear from UI but are saved to disk

I have an issue with Stable Diffusion WebUI.

Images are successfully generated and saved in the output folder, but they only appear for a moment in the UI and then disappear. Sometimes a small broken image remains in the corner.

Environment:

• Windows
• Browser: Google Chrome (also tested with hardware acceleration off)
• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070
• Python: 3.10
• WebUI version: v1.10.1

What I tried:

• Disabled live preview
• Disabled gradio queue
• Reset UI settings (deleted ui-config.json and config.json)
• Reinstalled WebUI
• Disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome

The issue still persists.

Is this a known issue or related to Gradio rendering?

could just be a permission issue. What happens when you right click icon ? do you get file location info, can you open in new window?
