Describe the improvement

While using the software scanning feature in UniGetUI, I observed that several commonly used applications are not detected or listed during the scan process.

This creates difficulty for users who rely on the tool to manage all installed applications centrally.

I request to consider adding detection/support for the following software:

KMPlayer 64X
Tally Accounting Software (TallyPrime)
Miracle Accounting Software
Nitro PDF Pro
Epson Scanner Software (Epson Scan / Epson Scan 2)
Easy Office
Freedom GST
Genius (Tax Software)
Monarch iTax

I have verified that these are widely used applications, especially in business, accounting, and office environments.
