Problem with view

Describe the bug
When I try to create a new consultation, the fields are are placed not correctly. Just see the attachment.
It seems it is related to the screen resolution.
Pic 1 is 1366x768, Pic 2 is 1920x1080

Can you provide the exact version of the module dolimed ?

It was 10.0.1 - now I don't use Dolibar/Dolimed anymore.
As you can see sine 2023 I didn't get any response - so I uninstalled both.
