Issues with WiFi when no network is available #159

Description

@XeAtari

If the FujiNet is started in a new location where the previously configured WiFi network is not available it tries to connect to this network for which feels like hours.

I am not aware of how to abort the trying to connect.

With older firmwares there was a feature that WiFi could be disabled using a zero length SSID using SIO command $FB.

Unfortunately switching-off WiFi this way obviously has been removed - it does no longer work.

So for the time being you have to wait until the connect finally fails and then enter the currently available WiFi network.

But if there is no WiFi network available you have to pull the SD-Card, put it into a PC, edit the config-file to switch WiFi off, put the SD-Card back into the FujiNet.
