Add user/password options for SolR checks

Hello,
That would be great to be able to specify the user and password used by the solr plugins.
Should be quite simple, as it is just some arguments of the curl_json function, located in lib/HariSekhon/Solr.pm, currently set to undef.
By the way, excellent plugins!

Thanks for raising this. I will definitely do this but it'll be a little while as I'm stretched on time right now and not focusing on this technology at the minute. I would want to upgrade the test suites if possible as well.
