Feature Description

Orange Pi just released the source code for their hcitools fork. It's available here: https://github.com/orangepi-xunlong/orangepi-build/tree/next/external/cache/sources/hcitools. Right now, it's just a binary blob in https://github.com/Joshua-Riek/ubuntu-rockchip/tree/main/overlay/usr/bin
