plot_kkr structure plot paints black spheres with no lighting or shading

Description

plot_kkr called on StructureData node paints atoms as black spheres, with no lighting or shading.

This is caused by an ase-notebook issue, and to be resolved there. plot_kkr calls strucplot_ase_notebook which causes the present issue.

In the corresponding ase-notebook issue, there is now a temporary fix available, implemented in a separate branch issue-53-tmp-fix.
