This gives a MethodError because the relevant constructor is ArnoldiWorkspace(::Type{T}, ::Int64, ::Int64) where T. Should be e.g.
arnoldi = ArnoldiWorkspace(ComplexF32, 100, 20)
(Maybe add a default value for the type argument?)
