Cannot get image from quay.io

We got it to work on docker by formatting the code as a single line (below), you will want to rename your unzipped .db file to OASis_9mers_v1.db within the target directory, then it runs smoothly.

Also make sure the directory has backward slashes instead of forward slashes.

docker run -v \your\absolute\path\to\oasis\directory/:/data -e OASIS_DB_PATH=/data/OASis_9mers_v1.db -p 5000:5000 quay.io/biocontainers/biophi:1.0.5--pyhdfd78af_0 biophi web --host 0.0.0.0

Thanks for trying to help. That one doesn't work for me either. Might I ask what the folder structure looks like related to the /:/data part and where the OASIS_DB is located? This part isnt clear to me at all from the instructions.

However, I also guess one needs an account at quay.io to receive the container from there? Why isn't this available in the github package?

The database must be renamed into OASis_9mers_v1.db
If the example path to the target directory containing the database is C:\Users\username\OAsis\OASis_9mers_v1.db
Then the modification on the command line would be
docker run -v C:\Users\username\OAsis/:/data -e OASIS_DB_PATH=/data/OASis_9mers_v1.db
