Add Rapid Trigger (RT) Reset Voltage Configuration in Web Config → Add-ons → Hall-Effect Trigger

Problem

There is currently no way to set RESET voltage in Web Config.

Solution

Add another point in the bar after Activation Point Reading bar in Hall-Effect Calibration window for configuring RESET voltage.
