  • File: src/operations_center/observer/snapshot_repository.py
  • Error: Cannot find implementation or library stub for module named "boto3" [import-not-found]
  • Root Cause: TYPE_CHECKING block had incorrect type ignore comment code
  • Fix: Updated line 24 to use correct error codes [import-not-found,import-untyped]
  • Commit: 5f763c9 — "fix(observer): resolve mypy type checking errors with correct ignore codes"
