B2C Client Id Setup

Upon running the command npm run crm-sync:sf:b2cclientid:setup, it runs what looks like successfully but it does not end up creating the B2C Client Id record at all. There are no errors returned, and it just returns a platform token.
I would have expected the B2C Client Id Record to be created.
