[Feature Request] Add an inbox filter to prevent each email from becoming a ticket #383

First of all, thank you for creating this tool, it's super nice!

This is an addition to this feature request.

I run my main email and the support email as the same email account. The support email is just an alias email on gmail. As I get some spam on my support email, I would like to either have a filter on the inbox that I can configure or a new initiator field (e.g. api) that behaves like contact and creates a conversation. Then all replies to for that thread are tracked on libredesk.

Or perhaps disbling auto sync of the inbox and only syncing threads that were created via API?
