Done except for 3 branches that have some work in it that needs to be triaged whether still applicable.

2 - This was a Tomcat 7 compatibility hack. The project now targets Tomcat 10+ which has had a stable ContextName API for years. + fix went in as #29 (comment)

Branch can be safely deleted.
