weapon effects trigger after enemy death #88

If only to reduce spam, if not for balance reasons, this should be fixed. If a weapon strike kills an enemy, after the enemy is dead, flamestrike, venomstrike, shadow, lifedrinker, and a bunch of other stuff will still trigger on the now dead enemy.
