Hey, love this extension — been using it for about a year now, and I reinstall it every time I set up a new Brave profile.
One UX gotcha that has tripped me up more than once: right after installing, the extension's configuration page opens automatically. But since it's a chrome-extension:// page, the extension itself can't run there. So the first thing a new user sees is... the extension not working.
I've fallen for it twice now — thinking the extension is broken, only to switch to a regular tab and realize everything works fine.

Might be worth adding a small notice on the config page (e.g. "This extension doesn't run in this extension page — try it on a regular website!") to save new users the confusion.
