Enhancements for New Histogram

Description

Experimental > Views > New Histogram, would it be possible to add the following enhancements:

• may be useful to enable the Edit buttons only if they are valid to use.
• Can the Select button be disabled for Within Existing Selection until rows are selected in yellow? Would it be possible to change button label to Deselect for that case that if rows selected are already selected and the select button will deselect them?
• And maybe for Add To Existing Selection, is it possible to change the button label to Add only when selecting blue/yellow bars and disable when red bars are selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In existing Consty graph and select nodes. Open New Histogram view.
2. Select Attribute Label. Formatter: No Format. Edit button is enabled but clicking on it does not do anything.
3. Selection Mode: Within Existing Selection. Click on Select button and nodes are deselected. (Select button could be renamed to Deselect here?)
4. Selection Mode: Add to Existing Selection. Select button enabled but clicking it does not make any changes till you select the blur rows.
