Dashboard Theme Modes

Would like community engagement to vote up on a configurable option in settings for Dashboard Theme modes, light, dark and system at a minimum.
I know light and dark currently exists, but it always defaults to light on restart.
Options: Light, Dark, and System (based on time of day) please.

Why not also consider community engagement to submit other options so we can all vote on them too. Top three maybe?

I dont know about this approach, it can end up in a homer simpson car situation for the software

if its a good idea and aligns into the vision of the project i'll work on it slowly (or you can provide a PR)
