You will have to localize the project thereafter do the following:

1. Check the existing translations folder, look for a translations/ or locales/ directory in the repository. There will likely be an existing language file (e.g., en.json or messages.pot) you can use as a template.
2. Copy the base language file and create a Japanese version (e.g., ja.json or ja/messages.po).
3. Translate the strings, keeping the keys intact and only changing the values.,
4. Submit a Pull Request with your translation file.
