Insert Individual Ceiling fans data to frog_uhm database

Jim requested the "individual ceiling fans" (aka 3 rows of ceiling fans in the actual building) data for both buildings in the Frog UHM project.

Currently our "Ceiling fans" data (purpose_id 33 & 45) sums 3 separate measurements. Jim wants those 3 parts of the sum to also be included as their own purpose_ids. In the database I have added the following (also see the attached image):

  frog-2

• purpose_id 116

  frog-2

• purpose_id 117
  ABSPATH:1:#powerscout_frog_2c/kw_avg_phase_c_tn
  frog-2
