Get control of the PyPI account for `ebp-bot`

Currently we (at least, @choldgraf ) doesn't have access to the ebp-bot account

Here's an issue on PyPI tracking this:

• Account recovery request pypi/support#5347

They've sent a recovery e-mail to the address on file, but I don't have access to this address so I cannot recover it. This is blocked on gaining that access. Here's an issue tracking it:

• Gain access to the ebp-bot email address (likely, executablebooks@gmail.com) #1251
