To Reproduce
SImply have for exmplae 8gb of memory usage out of 16gb and then try to load a model that is 7gb or would use up that many. THIS IS not a valid feature of this software. as macos has an extremely good ability to use swap and many applcaitoins just keep cache on macos.

Expected behavior
The same way lm studio does it, it tries to load the model and if it succedds great. It has levels of choice you can choose relaxed through strict. Even if I don't have anything running on macos it could use 10gb of memory if is so feels on my m4 16gb. There should be a load anyway ability under settings and then will have levels of protection to choose from
