redirect domain.ext to www.domain.ext?

Is it possible to redirect my domain without www. to it with www. in case a user only tries to visit domain.ext ?

DNS Zone Configuration

You need to point both entries to your server so it can handle the incoming traffic.
In your DNS manager(Domain Provider), add these two records:

• Record 1: Type: A, Host: @, Value: [Your VPS IP], TTL: Automatic or 300s.

• Record 2: Type: A (or CNAME), Host: www, Value: [Your VPS IP] (or @), TTL: Automatic or 300s.

Just to point out a CNAME is not the same as a redirect, it is an alias for a record meaning it will resolve to the same IP but within pangolin currently you will need to setup two resources that handle the same targets.

We do have a todo to implement redirects as this helps with SEO as serving the same content over two sub domains is not advised by search companies.
