Some of the figures in the book need fixing

2. Antarctica is wrongly projected in https://tmap.geocompx.org/map-projections#fig-crs-04

2. The code for figure 7.1 (https://tmap.geocompx.org/visual-variables#fig-visual-variables) is still working, but it does not look as expected. See the old and the current versions below:
