Api endpoint request

Hi there,

Thanks a lot for that great package!

I'm wondering if there is any plan to add other endpoints like [oauth/revoke](https://developer.gocardless.com/api-reference/#oauth-disconnecting-a-user-from-your-app) or /organisations/organisationID endpoint to get the currently connected account or any other endpoints that are not yet in this library?
