Add ignore to boolean-prop-naming

Could an “ignore” property be added to the boolean-prop-naming rule to avoid specific cases?

I think it would be quite useful and would reduce the cost of executing the regex for special cases.

A use case would be, for example, if you want to ignore a specific Boolean property that appears in multiple places without having to manually disable the rule or add it to the pattern of valid values. This would be especially useful for shared eslint configs.
