Is it possible to change the base path of the app for reverse proxy applications?

As the title says, if I want to host Karakeep for example at https://home.local/karakeep/ with a reverse proxy, there seems to be no way to prevent Karakeep from always referencing back to / and as such breaking the URL.

Is there any rough estimate on how much effort this would be? I could support, but it depends on the complexity of the changes.
