Openweb UI End point in docker ?

Hey , really appreciate the work that your doing , I consider myself a beginner and would love to use your product integrated with Openweb UI, using docker and pointing to the Openweb UI Content Extraction Engine endpoint.

I do think that you would get alot more uptake in the project if this was the case too.

docling-serve has a docker image that has an endpoint that can be connected to Openweb UI. If the AMD community could get faster and higher quality extraction, then I'm sure it will take off, because we are stuck using CPU.

not sure about the specifics with Openweb UI and docker, tbh. maybe check if there's a way to expose the endpoint in your docker setup? could be worth asking in their community too for more targeted advice.
