searching for filesystem=home or host is not accurate as many packages have ro or only subdirs access to the filesystem. You can also often use portals to replace the filesystem=host/home permission.

Using filesystem=home:ro could make the application cannot write to .bashrc and others directory, therefore they are STILL not used widely. The package you mentioned isn't on the list of commonly used packages.
