Provide a .desktop file

Would be nice if the project shipped a .desktop file, so launching the app from GUI would be possible.

desktop-file-validate from desktop-file-utils can be used to validate that it's up to the standard.

I think something like this would do(not tested):

[Desktop Entry]
Version=1.0
Type=Application

Name=TTS Mod Vault
Comment=Cross-platform Tabletop Simulator mod backup & download tool
Categories=Utility;

Icon=tts_mod_vault
Exec=tts_mod_vault
Terminal=false

I would like to also point out that the executable having underscores instead of dashes is a bit less common(albeit perfectly valid).
