Obtain readthrough transcripts

Dear authors,

Is there any flags that I can use to obtain readthrough transcripts from the 'example_talon_read_annot.tsv' file? Since I didn't find tags like 'readsthrough' from the 16,17,18 colums. But the new version 6.0 do support readsthrough.
