fake result after vpn is down for example

I ping host inside company network through vpn. 17-20 ms. all good (but duration cant switch if switch tabs).
But if some problem with host i see in pingoo statistics and realtime latency but from what host?
all network is down? ping in terminal without answer. but pingoo print some ms latency from ...
latency my router <1ms? pingoo print about 3-4 ms.

and after vpn is up its going to real latency

I expirience similar issue when I disable Wifi, the graph freezes insead of rendering red and after reconnection renders 100ms ping for the duration of offline.
