Packed app on macos does not have signature.

After packing an app and downloading on a new device of the same kind, the packer app is "broken or damaged" and cannot be opened. Is there something I should be doing to fix this?

I am facing the exactly same issue.
MacOS Ventura 13.0.1, M1

Yeah, mine is MacOS Ventura 13.0.0 M2

I found out that running xattr -cr [link to app] fixes the issue and can be opened.
