Description
The 'Study' action (and possibly the market 'Visit' action, will post when get the chance to test) does not exclude the starting of the 'treament' action while in progress, enabling the start of the healing process while waiting for study to complete. It does work in the reverse order. ie. I can't start study/visit while treatment is running.
