Unknown issue with Unpaper when running OCRmyPDF

I am having difficulty running OCRmyPDF in certain situations. It looks like I am getting an error related to unpaper, but I can't find any other information. I have posted the log below.

I am running Oracle Linux 9.1 within WSL, and I have found the process to get OCRmyPDF working to be unreasonably frustrating and time consuming. OCRmyPDF needs unpaper, which needs ffmpeg, which needs yasm, and none of those packages were available in dnf. I'm not that familiar with Linux, but at this point, I have spent hours trying to get OCRmyPDF to work locally.
