Issue Description
This is less a bug and more of a suggestion to improve documentation.
Signing Debian InRelease files with SHA1 is now deprecated (and apt isn't very friendly with informing the end user this.) OBS has the ability to sign with SHA256 by default, but it is only documented in obs-sign's docs and nowhere in the OBS User or Admin Guide. Adding some extra information about the existance of /etc/sign.conf to the Admin Guide may prove useful.
Expected Result
