Add DIA-NN for DDA quant

With the new version of DIA-NN (v2.3.0), DDA data analysis is now also supported. Would it be possible to include DIA-NN as software tool?

@brvpuyve any update on this? Did you try using the custom format to see how the output looks in the main figure?

Hi Vadim, a PR was opened to add DIA-NN to the DDA benchmark modules yesterday: #948. So it will be added rather soon :-)

@wolski has completed the DIA-NN for DDA implementations in our current DDA modules in #948. He has also tested it and got the following results:

DIA-NN for DDA will be available on the webserver from the next release onward (shouldn't take long)

I ran Astral DDA yesterday, should be better by far I think. Will look into what's up with E.coli here on QE.

We also ran the Astral DDA Proteobench data, and the results are consistent with those for QEX, a large number of IDs, but the distribution of E. coli log2 FC is a mixture of two normal distributions, one centered at -2 and the other centered at 0.
