[Feature Request for Cinnamon Menu] Add option to put application description at the bottom or top of the menu, or inline with the application name (current default)

The new Cinnamon menu is considerably more customizable than the previous one and can be made to look a lot like it, but it is missing one key option: Putting the application description elsewhere.
The current place of the application description is right below the application name. This has one big problem: Most descriptions don't fit there. In contrast, if the description was on the bottom or top, this wouldn't be the case.
Also, it would allow customizers to make the menu even more like how they want it to.
