Prepare Venue (Infrastructure)

Make sure the following equipment is ready:

• live audio
• projector
• audio recording
• video recording
• lights
• room infrastructure
• video adapters

Danilo handled this before, so contacting him may be useful.

The HSR/OST Aula should have a projector and an audio mixing console ready. We should be able to record audio through the mixing console.

Light shouldn't be an issue, the Aula is built for events :)

I'd volunteer to handle these things (as discussed previously).
