Minor non-urgent issue related to OIDC DevUI - Keycloak Admin works only at the OIDC card level, but not at the Login to SPA or logged-in user screens

looking as a side task when I have a while (so no fast solution), but I have seen this before and I couldn't see this as our issue, back then I thought it was DEV UI bug. Still, I'll provide analysis.
