Steps to reproduce

Installed on a brand new Samsung Book5 Pro
Has copilot key on keyboard

Try to run the Copilot app from Start or press the copilot key: Copilot will not open and display.
Can see Copilot does load and is running in Task Manager

Even unchecking every box in settings, Copilot won't display.
Only way to get Copilot to work is uninstall of MSER.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Copilot should display and be unsable unless we check the checkbox to disable it.

❌ Actual Behavior

Copilot doesn't display on Desktop
