[Bug] Hackerschool Redirect OAuth URL adding slash

For reasons it seems like the redirected URL set at

http://localhost:8000/complete/hackerschool/ vs the slashless one defined in https://github.com/recursecenter/blaggregator/blob/master/blaggregator/settings.py#L203

with the slash added in oauth, it recognizes as the correct reauth URL
