Display time – 24 vs. 12 hours

The 12-hour clock with am/pm labelling is unusual, at best, or foreign, at worst, to people from/in regions which use 24-hour time. A toggle or config option which lets users choose between the two would be helpful.

Huh, I just realised that Chrome itself uses 12-hour clock, and that that's been an annoyance before. Though I don't know if that's the way Chrome serves the data (unlikely) or if it's ignoring my system settings, or prioritising browser language defaults over system settings. Or maybe there's a display time setting I'm unaware of.
