What happened? What did you expect to happen?

FLashed ESP32 with onboard file, reboot, config'd wifi, activated radio, reboot, access web UI over wifi, restored a 1 hour old backup file, reboot, spin..spin. I gave it 15 minutes before i wrote this, no change.
