Export typescript definitions

The compiled type declarations are not being exported, despite the source of the module being written in Typescript.

This should improve the developer experience for any client using Typescript in their web apps.

Aaron (@lifeiscontent) just drafted up a new version of the type definitions in #24

We'll see if we can rush it out as a patch in version 2.2.2

Aaron (@lifeiscontent) Bundlephobia's stats are using the size of all files in NPM, not the ones that you'd import.

Here are stats about what is in our bundle. Since we target older browsers, there are things like corejs and superagent instead of just relying on fetch https://unpkg.com/@saasquatch/squatch-js@2.2.1/dist/stats.html

Logan Volkers (@loganvolkers) If you had an esm bundle you'd be able to rely on fetch being there because anywhere esm is, fetch exists I'd love to see a more modern output for this lib.
