Is there a public way to access XInstructBLIP pretrained weights?

Hi authors, thank you for releasing XInstructBLIP – this is a very nice and useful project.

I am trying to run the demo, but the model initialization attempts to download pretrained weights via timm hub and fails with an HTTP 403 error. This seems to indicate that some required weights are not publicly accessible anymore.

Could you please clarify:

• Are the pretrained weights for XInstructBLIP publicly available?
• If so, what is the recommended way to access or download them?
• If not, is there an alternative config or a way to run the model without these weights?
