Add auto-start option to settings window

• I have read the FAQ and it did not solve the problem.
• I have searched all open and closed issues for the same feature request without success.

Problem Description

When I need the toolbar it always takes some time to open at first. I searched for an option to start with Windows but it doesn't seem like it exists.

Proposed Solution

Add a setting to start up with Windows (on background, so it prevents from opening the UI when launching)

Hi, this can already be done by opening the setup assistant by right clicking the system tray icon:

But I think integrating this into the regular settings window would be a better idea.
